At my wits end with IPv4 connection issue.... HELP!

This shows your router has allocated an IPV4 address.

Maybe try deleting the WiFi adapter completely in Device Manager. On reboot the hardware should be re-discovered, and the drivers reloaded.

Edit: Here is a post that says this may well be a DNS problem. Also here is a post that suggests it might be a caching issue and an entry in the registry that might fix it. There's a report of someone fixing it by deleting the wifi adapter in Device Manager and rebooting. I'd try this first.

Also (if you haven't done so aleady, which you probably have) try reseting the internet connection by flushing the DNS cache and releasing and renewing the DHCP lease, as shown here

I note that the adobe.com address is not being resolved by DNS in the tracert command. Try the actual adobe.com IP address:
    tracert 192.147.130.204

You could also try manually configuring your IP address on that WiFi adapter to the same one in your V2 report, gateway address of 192.168.1.1, and DNS address (use 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 for that).

Just to confirm, you deleted the WiFi adapter in the Device Manager, under the Network Adapters section, right? That's what you need to do, and reboot.
