Windows 10: Win11 2H22 SMB Multichannel copy speed slow

SMB copy limited to 700mbit after 22H2 update

So after updating several of our computers to Windows 11 22H2 we cant copy files from our network shares(Windows Server 2022) with speeds more then 700mbit, but copying to server copies full speed reaching 1000mbit.

Even my own pc it has 3x 1gb nic and it used to copy before this update near full 3gb aggregated speed via SMB multichannel.

Now after update it copies 700mbit evenly split between this 3 nic (each copies around 240mbit), and again, copying TO server copies full speed saturating all 3 nics.

I tried even installing fresh windows(Media creation tool) on one PCs, latest Realtek drivers and issue is still there..
