Windows 10: win11 assistant manager not working

i downloaded the win11 assistant installer to try to upgrade, however, it keeps crashing at 95%, it doesnt finish the upgrade and no matter how many times i reset my pc or look for a solution it doesnt work. please help me.

I suppose another possibility might be that some related service is not configured correctly...

E.g. Tweaking.com's repair tool includes a repair to set services to default.

I suggest you look at affected PCs and check installed programs to see if there are any that are common only to those and not others, especially 3rd party security programs with firewalls.

I saw a note somewhere that there's no relevant group policy.

Imaging Devices missing in Device Manager and Webcam doesn't working

Hi,

Since you mentioned that the said driver is missing in Device Manager, what we suggest is for you to check in the Hidden Devices section on Device Manager. Kindly follow the steps below:

• On the desktop, press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Click on View and select
  Show Hidden Devices.
• Check for the webcam under Imaging Devices.
• If the webcam is listed, then right-click on it and select
  Update Driver Software
• Select Browse My Computer for Driver Software and follow the prompted steps.
