Windows 10: Win11 Difference between 'Gallery' and 'Pictures' in File Explorer

There seems to be a visual difference in how photos are stored between these two apps, but also I have found that they both contain most of the photos but each does contain different numbers of photos when comparing between the two.1. I have many thousands of photos and I choose to store in a specific cloud storage location it does not matter which one I prefer, but I like them to be moved or copied in that app rather than merely take the folder either Pictures folder or Gallery folder with the most photos and dump into my storage, I would prefer to know the reasons for the difference, and

Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps. I suggest you to copy all the pictures in libraries picture folder.

• 
  Open files explorer and click on the Picture folder.
  
• Now copy all your favorite picture to the picture folder.

Clear the 'cache' in file explorer for already used picture tags?


If you set some tags for your *.jpg pictures, the windows 10 file explorer shows them in the "details pane" on the right side.





This list can get very long and with some wrong or no longer used entries.
How can I clear this list / cache / suggestions?

Or how can I stop the file explorer to suggests already used Tags?

  Select Detail panel.

  Now if you click on any picture or file you will be able to see the information at the top right corner.
