Windows 10: Win11 no longer offered to Win10 system via WSUS

WSUS is used for updates.System is 100% Win11 capable.When WSUS started offering the upgrade to Win11 this system was indeed offered the upgrade, however at that time I was not ready to deploy it to that system.Now that WSUS is offering Win11 22h2, neither this or the original release that WAS offered before are showing as needed. Both offerings are approved in WSUS.

updating Win10 to Win11.

If I update from my current Win10 to Win11 as offered, will this affect:

1. any of the program (APPS) that are currently installed?

2. and will it leave all my files unaltered as they are in WIN10?

 

Win11 upgrade not coming

If you checked again my previous replies, you can see ASUS re-installed my new notebook a even newer Win10 Home installation. After this 2nd time installation, I only did these to the toy:

1. installed chrome
   
2. changed its display brightness
   
3. changed wallpaper
   

After your previous suggestion, the 1 month temp McAfee was gone.

I can't figure out why I can't upgrade to Win11 for such a new notebook. Newer notebook will come with Win11 natively

 

Same VPN that works on Win10 won't work on Win11

Here is the exact text of the other error I sometimes see. This one seems to appear on my win11 machine only if I haven't connected to the VPN from my win10 machine recently.

"The network connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be established because the remote server is not responding. This could be because one of the network devices (e.g. firewalls, NAT, routers, etc) between your computer and the remote server is not configured to allow VPN connections. Please contact your Administrator or your service provider to determine which device may be causing the problem."

Just to rehash the steps I've taken to troubleshoot this particular error:

1. It doesn't appear to be the firewall on my win11 laptop, because I've tried connecting with it turned off, and haven't had any success.
   
2. It doesn't seem to be anything in between my home network and the remote VPN server, because I can connect from my win10 laptop on the same network.
