Windows 10: Win11 not accepting my Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ processor, which is on the approved CPU list

This processor is on the supported list but still showing not support on my PC check Windows Processor Requirements Windows 10 20H2 Supported Intel Processors Microsoft LearnPlease advise?

Win11 not accepting my Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ processor, which is on the approved CPU list

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade to Windows 11 and despite my processor Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ being on the approved CPU list, I continue to get the below message during setup. I don't want to click Accept and risk not getting Windows updates. I've tried to refresh compatibility in WU as shown in this article Redirecting, but it didn't work for me. I see others having similar issues with other processors that are on the approved list. Has Microsoft provided a fix for this issue yet? Thanks!

I have a Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz

I'm wanting to upgrade to Win 11, but according to the PC Health Check App I have everything except the processor as a green tick.

On the page: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/wi...pported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors It lists just about every other Intel i7 processor - is there an ETA on when mine would be supported?

This processor significantly surpasses the requirements stated. Why isn't is supported?
