Windows 10: Win11 PC with Sleep/Hibernate Problems - The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f

I have a new Win11 home Dell XPS 8960 w/i9k, 32gig ram, nvidia 4070. Since I received it I had issues with sleep. Sometimes when it goes into hibernate or maybe sleep it dies. I know this because when I restart it does a full boot and the boot manager asks if I want to repair or restart.I have updated all drivers, programs and OS patches.I have these error:Windows stopped working: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. Bugcheck 0x0000009f when hibernating or sleeping

When I've been putting my PC to sleep at night, it's been off the next morning. This just started happening a couple of weeks ago. The error in the reliability monitor is: "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003,
0xffffb08942ba1060, 0xfffff8070de618d0, 0xffffb0895b8d8010). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 49ac7f73-0fcd-4399-b2ca-55fdd10075fb."

Bugcheck 0x0000009F when restart, hibernae, sleep or shutdown

The problem:

I got BSOD every time I try to restart, hibernate or sleep my ASUS S56CM notebook. The exact behavior is: when I hibernate -for example-, It takes about 7 to 9 mins to fail and shutdown, the storage led turned off while hibernating which is a real indication
for me the hibernate process will fail.

Events

errors in the event viewer when I reboot:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffe00152acd6f0, 0xfffff8039fd21990, 0xffffe00164a5b370). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 101015-45656-01.
• Windows failed to resume from hibernate with error status 0xC0000001.
• The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
  
• The Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 3.0.0.0 service failed to start due to the following error:
  
  The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
• The previous system shutdown at 12:38:51 PM on ‎10/‎10/‎2015 was unexpected.

Dumb File

Drivers (NVIDIA/INTEL graphic) are all updated and latest windows updates are installed. I read through the community and tried many tips/solutions but with no luck. However, I am sure the exact reason for this issue is found in the minidumb file. Here

Recently my laptop has been restarting on it's own when it sleeps for too long or goes into hibernation. I've checked all my drivers, ran a bunch of tests and cleanup programs, and still no avail. If anyone could tell me what the underlying problem is and
