Windows 10: Win11 Phase1_Initialization_Failed, startup repair could not find windows installation

Hi,I was using my computer as usual and suddenly had a BSOD, and then I wasn't able to startup afterwards. It gives me a BSOD of Phase1_Initialization Failed error every time I boot or restart.The disk is BitLocker encrypted. I have the recovery keys, which I then used to try to boot into safe mode, which failed with the same BSOD error.Afterwards I tried using the Win11 ISO on a USB stick to do a startup repair, which failed without telling me anything. System restore gives an error that a Windows installation was not selected. I suspect something related to the disk being encrypted and the w

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I would suggest you to run Startup repair from Advance boot option. It may ask you to insert the Installation DVD/USB while doing startup repair. You have to create an installation media for that. You may download an ISO from
