Windows 10: Win11 Pro & Win10 Pro - Adding custom notation to details tab of Rt click file properties...

Hello, I remember that at one point in time I was able to right click on any file and click on properties and go to the details TAB on the file properties dialogue box and add a custom notation entry. I have just been posting on another forum that I love totally separate website not related to MS and also have been reading on here that what I want to do might not be possible anymore after a certain update. Part of what I have been reading regarding that particular update references the Details "PANE" in the Windows File Explorer which even though it probably pulls the info from the file

Upgrade Win11 Home to Pro with Win10 Pro license

I purchased a PC with Win11 Home on it.

I have on my Microsoft account a Win10 Pro license from my old PC that is not being used.

Can I use that Win10 Pro license to upgrade my new Win11 Home to Pro?

I have a new computer with win11 Home installed, can I use my win10 Pro license to change to Pro on the new computer?

 

Missing security tab on Win11 pro properties

If I select a single file > properties I have access to all tabs, if I select multiple files I can only see general & details tabs.

I have searched for info on this problem & have tried the suggestions using GPedit & regedit but it makes no difference.

I have access to another win10pro & Win11pro pc & they both have the same issue.

This never used to happen as I have changed security settings on multiple files many times.

Can anyone help with this infuriating problem?
