Windows 10: Win11: Settings app crashes whenever I click "View Features" button inside "Optional Features"

For background, I am on a Surface Pro X Windows 11, and I would like to install the "Wireless Display" optional feature in order to use it as a second monitor.I go Settings > search "optional features" > click "view features". However as soon as I try to type in the search bar, the Settings app crashes every time.Things that I have already tried and have not worked:1. Restarting Windows Explorer through Task manager.2. Run SFC and DISM.3. My Windows 11 is up to date.4. Reset Settings app via PowershellI have also tried doing an In-place Upgrade, however a few seconds after it begins up

How to remove all entries in windows 10 Optional Feature History

• Click on the Manage optional features link.
• To remove an app or a feature, select the feature and click on the Uninstall button.

I suggest you to Perform the below steps and install the Insider Hub.

• Go to Settings, then System and then
  Apps & Features.
• Click on Manage Optional Features.
• Click on Add a Feature.
• Navigate the list, locate Insider Hub, and click
  install.

Clicking on "Apps and Features" crashes settings window

I am experiencing some issues with the settings window.

Every time I click on Settings>System>Apps and Features the whole window crashes/closes down.

I tried going to the Add/Remove program option through the search option in the top right as I know this is inside the Apps and Features section but the same thing occurs. Windows performed an update yesterday but I am unsure as to whether this is the cause.
Any help would be appreciated?

I have a brand new ASUS N551JQ Running Windows 10 Home.
