If I enter *.psd in the Search, I get results with .psd1 extension as well as .psd. Why? * is the file prefix only wildcard NOT extension? In addition, when not searching, if I just open up a folder I get a green progress bar and very slow results displayed even with only a few 100 files? I tried the various options to speed this up such as set folder to Generalize Files and check included subfolder, but I get the same slow green progress bar.Tried to disable Indexing and that made no difference.I'm using very fast M.2 drives and have tested their latency and thru-put and they score extremel

    :)

Explorer Search Box Return to All Files

Maybe I am also misunderstanding, but after the search results, left arrow returns to full file listing.

    Open a PSD file

Windows 10. I'm using the Set Default Programs item from the Default Programs control panel item to set the default associations for certain file types (you get a list of possible associations for the selected
program from which you can pick whichever associations you want).

However, the list seems rather short compared to all the programs I have installed and somewhat arbitrary. I need to open .psd file using adobe photoshop express, but it does not appear on the list. The
default program assigned is Paint- which is unable to open the file type. The only program option it gives me are Internet Explorer, Epson Monitor (related to my printer) or search windows store (which is a useless option). Where do I go from here?
