    Hi,We have a Win32 based Fax driver. We are facing some issue only in Windows 11 and Microsoft office 32bit applications. When we print from Microsoft office application and select our Fax driver, then we invoke printer properties, after closing printer properties when we click on print Microsoft Office application hangs and doesn't respond. This behavior only happens in Windows 11 with Microsoft office 32bit applications. Please help us understand if anything is changed windows 11 regarding this scenario.Thanks.

    Still when does Microsoft support Win32 bit applications.

    Hi,

    The Windows operating system has a 32 bit and a 64 bit version, by default any Win32 or 32-bit Windows-based application will run without any issues. Even if you have a 64 bit version of Windows, there is a built in emulator that allows Win32 or 32-bit Windows-based
    applications to run seamlessly on 64-bit Windows. We would like to further clarify your concern regarding Win32 or 32-bit Windows-based applications by asking the following questions below:

    • Were there any error message when you attempted to run a 32-bit Windows-based application?
    • What application were you attempting to launch or use?
    • Which version and build of Windows 10 do you have installed in your computer?

    Can't uninstall Office 2016 Pro 32-bit

    I've got Office 2016 Pro 32-bit. I got Microsoft 365 subscription but I can't properly install it.

    The problem is when I install Microsoft 365, it intalls apparently OK, but then when I open any app, such as Word, it's still the 32-bit Office 2016 one!.

    What I tried is:
    - I uninstalled Office 2016 from Control panel > restarted the PC > installed Microsoft 365 64-bit by clicking Install now in the Office website.
    not working!, I still get the 2016 apps.

    Any help much welcome
