Windows 10: win32/Malgent problem

Hello,2 days ago during using my PC, Windows poped the alert from Windows Defender - it found Trojan Win32/Malgent in my Chrome Cache files. First, I went to the location of the file and searched it on VirusTotal - it showed that 2 out of the 64 vendors consider it as malicious file. After that I conducted full scan of my PC using Defender and removed the file. Second scan didn't detect any threat. To be sure that it solved the problem, I found thread on the Microsoft forum with similar Win32/Malgent problem. As it was written I also scaned my PC with Eset scanner and there was no suspicious f

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
