    Buona sera,

    ho riscontrato che windows defender ha rilevato questo virus Win32/Uwamson.A!ml

    Defender non riesce a risolvere la soluzione e mi rimane con il punto esclamativo rosso!

    NON e' stato messo in quarantena.

    Ho scaricato un app dal sito microsoft safety scanner e gli ho fatto partire la scansione approfondita.

    Attualmente sta ancora lavorando, comunque ho bisogno del vostro supporto.

    Ho windows 10 64 bit.

    Come risolvo la situazione?

    Let me assist you with your query.

    The printer may not be compatible Windows 10, since the printer driver is not available for Windows 10. However, I suggest you to go to the below link, download the latest updated printer and install it in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

    HP and Samsung printers | HP® Official Site


    • Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.

    • Select Compatibility tab.

    • Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

    • Let the driver install and then check the functionality.

    List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

    (Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

    Unable to print on Windows 10 using Samsung ML 1710 Laser printer

    The driver is at:

    HP and Samsung printers | HP® Official Site

    at left, click : "Driver installation", the driver is at the bottom

    when the driver is installed, choose ML-1710 in the printer list.

    It works for me Win10 64bits
