Windows 10: Win32BridgeServer.exe - Bad image error 0xc0000020

Yesterday I started getting 4 errors with Win32BridgeServer.exe when I start up my ASUSUX360U laptop. The error codes are all exactly the same 0xc0000020 Files/WindowsApps/Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.30035.0_x64_8wekyb3d8bbwe/VCRUNTIME140_1_APP.dll OR /vccorlib.140_app.DLL OR VCRUNTIME140._APP.dll OR MSVCP140_APP.dll.... is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. I have tried to run a system file checker and it corrected some corrupt

Recently ive been having some programs stop working.

IE: Battle.net.exe - Bad Image

C:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msdmo.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status
0xc0000020

I have attempted to revert to a previous save, it failed. I attempted to reset to factory settings, it failed. Usually stopping before 40%, then stopping and not deleting or reinstalling anything. It will no longer install Windows updates.

I am running Windows 10 online upgrade.

How do i fix this?

 

AcroRd32.exe - Bad Image

I recently purchased a new PC with Windows 10. All went well untill last week.

I'm getting the following message everytime I open a PDF file

or try to save a PDF file

and when I try to attach a PDF file to an email message, Outlook stops

We've already tried: wiped the PC and reloaded everything again and it did not resolve the error.
