Windows 10: Win32kfull.sys error when attempting to print

When I attempt to print from Microsoft word, everything looks find after I click the print icon but after going back to the view of the document, I receive the Win32full.sys error. I have attempted several reboots to no avail.

• What kind of file are you attempting to print?
• Does the issue occur when printing other kinds of files like a Word file or an Excel file?

Print Spooler Error 1068

1. When I try to print, an error is thrown up. Adobe Reader, for example, throws up one that says: "Before you can perform print-related tasks such as page setup or printing a document, you need to install a printer"; Excel 2007 (I know, it's outdated) throws
up one that says: "No printers are installed. To install a printer, do the following: [list of instructions for how to install a printer in various iterations of Windows]". However, when I go to "Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers",
the printer is listed correctly under printers.

2. The printer is an HP Deskjet 1000 J110 Series.

I've tried the above steps and they unfortunately did not solve the issue -- to begin with, the spooler is not even started for me to stop in the first place as in step c, and when I attempt to start it as in step g, it throws up Error 1068 again.

I followed the steps you provided. When I get to the general the spooler status is stopped, when I try to start

and automatic is selected the Error 1068. If I try to update through HP, it stated that the spooler is not running.
