Windows 10: WIN7 after boot no Keyboard no mouse and usb

Vostro 3560 after boot no Keyboard no mouse and usbHi - with a boot stick Win10 or Linux no issues with keyboard mouse or USB . After boot with Win7 I have non of them ,I tried Safe Mode - Repair mode - different USB mouse and Keyboards - regback - rollback to older versions - new bios version. No chance to get them running. Any Idea? Vostro 3560 with Win7 128 mssd - 750gb drive

win7 upgrade to win10 using USB

Hi Dave,

I've been trying every way I can think of and following suggestions on the net but the Z390 just wont boot to win7 with usb support. Sure the boot works but there is no mouse or keyboard to go thru the install. Same as when I try to boot from the HD...
boot fine but with no USB for the keyboard/mouse. I've tried several including microsofts to add the USB drivers to the iso but with no luck. If I could get win7 up with USB for the keyboard/mouse I would go that route as that was my original plan... (I
didn't know the Z390 didn't support win7... until now).

Maybe I will try the installing the small HD and install win10 on it then maybe I'll be able to upgrade the win7 HD to win10 from that small HD. What do you think... will that work?

• Are you getting any message when you connect the USB Keyboard and Mouse?

I suggest you to connect the USB Keyboard and Mouse to a different USB port and check if it works.

Also, plug your USB Keyboard and Mouse to a different system and check if it works.

No keyboard or mouse usb

Hello guy’s and gals, I was able to fix my mouse and keyboard issue, seems that they were not making a full connection, don’t know why that happened, when I first booted up , seems I had to really force the connections for keyboard and mouse USB Iinto the MB USB port,all is working now , thanks for everyone suggestions
