Windows 10: Win7 Ultimate 64bit OS still encounter the error code 52 after install KB3033929 patch

OS: Win7 Ultimate 64 bitQuestions: I download the KB3033929 from this link Download x64 Windows 7 KB3033929 from Official Microsoft Download Center. when I install this patch, it show the messagebox about the patch has been installed in this computer. But I check info from control panel to show the installed patch list, it shows that the KB3033929 is not in the installed list. So I want to know how to fix this issue.Thanks.

so I am trying to install a driver for my new pedals. during driver install it stops and say I need to have KB3033929 security update. So i dl and click to install. however it says I already have it?

but when I search for the KB3033929 in installed updates I do not see it??
what is going on?

hi to all,
guys, i have read and followed other possible suggested solutions in relation of this problem and it all failed except re-intalling the OS. but my problem is, the same error occurred after few days I re-installed the OS and it happened 4 times.
i doubt if there is error in-connection to my hardware? my unit is Intel Core i3, DH55TC Intel Board, KVR1333D3N9/2G Kingston RAM and DDR2 512MB Inno3D GF-8400-GS PCI-E VGA w/ Win7 Ultimate 32 Bit.]

Let us first resolve the Code 52 error before proceeding with reinstalling Windows 10. We suggest that you uninstall the drivers that are indicated with a yellow triangle and then re-install if from device's support site. Here are the steps:

• Search for Device Manager.
• Look for the drivers you are referring to.
• Right-click on it and then choose Uninstall.
• Download the driver from the device's support site.
