    WinASO registry optimizer


    I am trying to open and run my WINASO registry optimizer but it says it has been blocked by an administrator. I am the only administrator on my PC and I did not block it. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall but it says windows defender smart screen is preventing me from downloading the file. I know this program is safe as I have had it on my PC and used it for many years. I don't understand why it's suddenly being blocked. Does anyone else have this issue? Please help me to solve this problem.

    Windows 10 incompatible with WinASO registry optimizer?

    I have just upgraded to Windows 10 now my WinASO registry optimizer app is not working. It gathers data and when I try fix the problems it finds on it's search cycle, it gets stuck at 51% completion and will not shut down without Task Manager shutting
    it down. Any clue what is locking it up would be appreciated....

    • In search select Defragment and optimize drives

    • Click on change settings

    • In optimization schedule

    • In frequency select the options accordingly.
