    WinBook lost power while booting after doing a reset of windows


    I did a reset windows, remove all files, on my WinBook TW101 and when it restarted it lost power as it was running off of battery. Now the boot is corrupted and fails to start every time. Most recovery options it says require a admin account to be signed in but I can not sign in because it won't boot. It does not have a boot from USB option in the bios or boot manager. All I have is a shell. Is there anything I can do? Please help me un-brick my tablet.

    I had tried both of those steps. Neither worked. I have a replacement power supply on order. Should be here on Monday. Thanks for the suggestions.

    Hope for sure it is the Power Supply without testing it and the checking the Graphics Card.

    Lost the Seagate...

    The drive seems to be completely dead, my computer will not boot if I have it connected...to the windows cd or the new installation on the F1 drive (which is the boot drive now by the way)

    Thanks for the above article, im booting into Vista: U 64 right now, I cant follow those steps if the drive is in, it will lock up before it gets that far or if its not a cold boot the drive does not appear on the list.
