    hello, i hope someone would help me out but windows defender files acts as a non-system service. it looks weird since it is an essential service in windows but it is registered as a non-system service. can i confirm this?


    i scanned every scanners possible malwarebytes, windows defender scanner, CMD commands such as DISM scanhealth and DISM Restorehealth, sfc scannow, chkdsk /r and /f, ran a microsoft safety scanner, ran a windows malicious software removal tool, and clean boot with no startup apps and disabled non-microsoft services. i have already resetted my laptop and reinstalled windows.


    the reason is my disk usage is high and memory usage as well. i have the latest version of windows by the way

    Registering the VB6.0 executable(.exe) using Regsvr32

    Registering the my application executable(.exe) using command <FilePath> /RegServer but its failing to register in windows 10 but able to register .exe file with Regsvr32 .

    is this correct way to do ?

    is there any impact to register .exe using Regsvr32 ?
