Windows 10: Windiws black screen login

I closed my pc yesterday and when i woke up it told me to wait for Windows update so i waited then when i tried to login i only can see task bar and cursor but anything else is black and i cant interact with anything .

First i tried to uninstall latest quality and feature update both gave me error we ran into a problem

Second i tried to restart pc then shut it diwn when i see the windows update dots but this part didnt come . It just restarted normaly but with the same problem .

So now im stuck in the login screen and cant uninstall the updates .i tried to find any help related to command prompt but i didnt .im not sure what can i do now with this problem
