    I try to use cmd->services.msc,and manual to start windows defender services.but it still doesn`t work.


    also,i used the windows update in the control panel,but it update so slow that i guess it doesn`t work.

    failed to install update Error code: (0x800b0100)

    I completed the suggested steps. It does not resolve the issue that i am facing. Windows defender is giving error code 0x800b0100. I cannot get into the store to complete those updates either. Windows update says the device is up to date.

    Any other suggestio s?

    I am sorry... I have tried this method twice... restarted twice and repeated all the steps.

    Unfortunately I still get the windows update error

    Some update files aren't signed correctly.
