Windows 10: windos

Hi my younger brother tried to log in on my computer but he didnt know the password for it and i typed wrong password plenty of time and now evrey time i log on it takes me to a another account that is not mine and i need help to log in on my original account, i was in vaccation thats why i contact you guys now. please help me.

windos problem

I installed cracked windos 10 on licensed windos 8.1 (accidentally)

Can i get it back licensed windos 8.1 or 10

On my pc

( i have a copy of old windos in c drive)

 

No sound on windoes 10 since installation

Can anyone instruct me how to get the internal speakers working?

I have tried all suggestions from online as well as Microsoft/windoes Help to no avail...even chat

Does microsoft have a "Fix" for this problem? Should by now since 10 came out with this problem from the the get go; according to online complaints
