...So you get this problem, search for an answer. and find again a lock thread with many similar questions, all terminated with "was this reply helpful or not"! It is so frustrating. I also saw "press and hold the task bar" no idea what it means, press with what? It would be nice to see these locked thread displaying properly that it is locked perhaps a hologram on the whole page?. and also edited. Something like: 1,374 people had this problem and no real solution was given, save for the following suggestions. And having them listed. So people would not read so many similar questions w

• Right-click on an empty space on the Task Bar.
• Click Cascade Windows.

Would like Cascade Windows etc. on Combined taskbar buttons

Currently can right click in the taskbar outside of any application taskbar buttons, and select "Cascade windows", ("Show windows stacked", "Show windows side by side")

When application taskbar buttons are Grouped, would like to see a right-click option on each of the application buttons for "Cascade..., Show windows stacked..., Show windows side by side" that would expand just the list of open windows for that particular
application.

 

Lost windows cascade icons and tiles

In Windows 10, Windows Cascade icon is no longer available in the taskbar due to the Task View feature found beside the Search or Cortana icon. As a workaround, here's how you can cascade windows in Windows 10:

• Right-click on the taskbar.
• Select Cascade windows.

To undo the cascade:

• Right-click on the taskbar.
• Select Undo Cascade all windows.
