Windows 10: Window 10 Anniversary program closure fault

Hello All

I am struggling with a windows 10 fault since the anniversary update was installed, Since it was installed I have problems with applications closing
- For instance if I play a game for a while, say like Dark Souls 3 and then quit the game via the menu and then try relaunch it later on it will say that the game is already running, so I find the process in the task manager and force close the tree only for it to tell me that the access is denied, from there I would try to restart the pc and it would just hang on the restart screen waiting for the program to close, which never happens, is someone able to help out here? I have tried rolling back the update which I couldn't do , so I have fresh installed windows 10, installed the latest drivers for everything, but i'm still receiving this issue

Nokia E5 display lights up after locking keyboard

Just for the sake of closure, I took the phone to a Nokia care store and they told me it was an hardware fault, I'm in the process of having it replaced.

Have you updated to the latest version yet ?

I`m not having any issues with it at all.

 

This thread can probably be closed now, I found my ssd that the programs were on was faulty, was loading the program into ram running but not being able to end and repackage to the ssd
