Windows 10: Window 10 blue screen of death

So i was looking for ways to get more fps in csgo and i found a method https://www.auslogics.com/en/articles/boost-fps-in-cs-go/ method 7, i changed number of processor in BOOT advanced option from 1 to 8 when i restart i get blue screen of death, tried to restart 4 times but it didnt help, i tried going in to safe mode but i still get blue screen of death also tried to go into enable safe mode with networking and command promt but i got blue screen of death as well. I tried doing a system restore but it said "No restore point have been created on your computer's system drive. To create a restore point open system protection".


I dont know if this is important but my laptop has


Core i5 9gen

8gb ram

Gtx 1650

256 gb ssd

Lenovo ideapad gaming l340
