Windows 10: Window 10 Dell Laptop goes black screen

Every so often if I move the laptop the screen will go black. When I hit the mousepad I get nothing. I tap the power button once I and if I turn the caps button on I do see the light on. I then hit the mouse pad a few times and I get nothing. Sometimes it comes on but then I have to reboot. Sometimes when I reboot I loose the cursor but I get it back after another reboot. Is there any simpler way of getting my screen back? I noticed it changed after a mouse upgrade but I have reverted back to the original mouse file and it worked for a bit. Any help would be appreciated.

Dell Inspiron laptop Windows 10 stuck on Dell logo screen!!!!

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop Windows 10 and it won't advance past the Dell logo screen. The computer turns on, the Dell logo appears for a few seconds, then the screen goes black, and then it does it all over again......the Dell logo appears, and screen
turns black...and on and on.......

I checked a few other forums and removed the battery, removed the power cable, held the power button down, powered it back on, it didn't work. I did a system diagnostic check and it came back good, with no problems.

Help!! Any suggestions?
