Windows 10: window 10 freezing

    I am running window 10 in my laptop hp with intel core i7 4500u so my laptop just randomly freezing and idk what causing the issue at all sometimes using just google chrome and it freezes but yesterday i was using unreal engine 4i know its kinda heavy but i am cool with itso i was packaging my app for android and it need to compile shaders and it uses cpu heavly so it starts suttering and freezes for like less than second and complete it happens while changing between google chrome window and ue4if i kept in unreal engine nothing happen no freezes or anything but when i change to google th

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.
