Windows 10: Window 10 Missing Options

I have Windows 10. I upgraded from Home to Pro to attempt to fix this issues but it persist.

An example is that in the "User Accounts" window the check box for "users must enter a user name and password to use this computer".


All this stims from me attempting to remove the sign on screen for an Admin account with no password, but I can't do this because all the options that would allow this do not exist in the system.


What am I missing?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
