Windows 10: window 10 octobe update freezing

I have a problem with window 10 October update, my laptop was working well with the previous window 10 after installing window 10 October update my laptop started randomly freezing up. mouse wouldn't move, keyboard does nothing, I waited for three hours and nothing worked until the power was off I turned it on and after 3 minutes a faced the same problem. Please help me

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.

 

Windows 10 October 2018 update: Windows freezes at start-up

After installing Windows 10 October (2018) update, windows freezes at start-up showing blue Windows logo.

This happened serveral times. Freeze can only be resolvedd by a cold restart.
