Windows 10: Window 10 Pro March 2020 Update, Showing less memory

Hi Team,
I face an issue after my Window 10 Pro OS window is update with these pkg kb4503293,kb4495620,kb4541338. In my system i have 8GB memory which is properly showing in window system configuration, but out of 8GB the usable is 3.19GB & same showing in the task manager memory tab also.




I try to uninstall the march update, but there is no option to uninstall it. I try to uninstall it through cmd but it give me message that this update is required for window & you can't uninstall it.

Then i download the latest window ISO & go with fresh OS installation, hopping that it will resolved my issue. But it's still the same. I don't know is that bug in these patch.

2. Windows 10 version 1809: KB4538461(OS Build 17763.1098)*

For Windows 10 1903/1909, It is recommended to install servicing stack update KB4541338 before installing the cumulative updates.
