Windows 10: Window 10 reset

So I start resetting my window 10 laptop to factory but it lag at 36% then I restart the computer and there is nothing happen when I try to reset to factory again it lag again it lag at 62% then I want to restart and try again that method but my computer start getting some problem I close it then a press the power button it automatically shut down my computer fan is broken it shown the screen to let me press enter but when I press enter it shut down but just a few seconds after it restart. Please help me

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
