Windows 10: Window 10 Sound Crackling, Shuttering, and Slow motion

i never update window 10 recently even all driver. after back home for holiday, all that problem come. but i noticed power plug in affect cracking sound, slow motion on my window 10. Unplug power plug it(battery only) work fine. i used power socket from 13A 240V. i think unreliable electric current cause that problem.

All the Sound Has became in Slow Motion, I Attempted to Fix this Problem using A Different Question but I'm Not sure What to do next After Step 7. Windows 10 sound in slow motion

sound crackling, stuttering and in slow motion

When I play music or video whether it be from the internet or from files stored on my computer, the music crackles, stutters, and play in slow motion. I have tested multiple speakers and headphones and get the same
result. When I restart my computer, the problem goes away for some time, but returns and gets worse the longer my computer is on. PLEASE HELP ME..

 

Sound&Video is in slow motion... HELP.

IM ON MY Windows 10

for the past month, my laptop is perfectly fine..

until when i boot it up and then the music was in very slow motion..

I thought it was my player so i checked Youtube, Spotify..

the sound in youtube is in slow motion also as the video.

spotify too.

I'm just a beginner so i don't know who i will trust in the internet on their solutions etc.

and i want to know if this problem has an easy and efficient solution to it.
