Windows 10: Window 10 stuck on update

I've been continuously trying to update my windows, but stuck on the below message

Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 KB2460011 64-bit Edition

Error 0x8024002d

I already tried:

1- Clearing the temp files

2- Resetting the windows update setting and files

3- Uninstalling MS Office completely

4- CMD scan commands

Nothing worked and I'm absolutely stuck on this error.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
