Windows 10: Window 10 update 2004

Hi, my current version of Windows 10 is 1703 and i want to update it to version 2004 and that's why i download windows 10 update assistant my update was full download but it stuck on 97% or very slow growing percent i want to update it but i don't have so much data to download it again and update assistant was stuck. So how can i update through that download can i install update through $getcurrent folder

Having problem update to Windows 10, version 2004
