Windows 10: window 10 updates

cant update any of the window 10 updates for the last 2 weeks. starts to update, then receive a message stating that updates couldn't be completed. undoing changes. hen receive error messages #OxC1900101 and OxC40017. i have tried to use the windows assistant to update, but it will not update.Help!

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
