Windows 10: Window 11 24H2 takes huge amount of space to download and takes forever to download

    Window 11 24H2 takes huge amount of space to download and takes forever to download


    I've avoided this update but last night it just auto-updated, and it won't install correctly. Currently it says i need at least 10 GB of C drive space just to download, but my C drive is 23 GB but somehow it asks for about 5 more GB. I can't move it to another disk because it says i got bitlocker. Anyways when i do try to install it just takes forever and keeps asking for more and more space, my 23 GB is now down to 16 GB so its half way through but then decides to ask for 5 more GB. Another thing to note is that the download keeps restarting for no reason apparently. I hope this can be resolv

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?
