Windows 10: window 11 - able or unable to run

My laptop - core i7 MSI 8gb ram gaming laptop bought last near brand new - informs me of the update and availability for W11 so I check the product out and decide to switch over from W10 to W11 - upon download competition I'm then informed that my PC cant get the update although my PC was also the one that said I COULD UPGRADE and that it will be beneficial for me to do so. I troubleshoot to see what the issue may be - zero issues to update - so ****?

Process running but not starting in Windows 10

  Press Alt+ctr+Del from Desktop.

  Select Task Manager.
  
• 
  Under process tab, locate the apps that are running.

  Right Click on the application and select End Task.
  
• 
  Please try accessing the application again and check if you are able to run the application.
  

If the issue persists, I suggest you to run
the program in Compatibility mode, please follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Program
• Click on Properties
• Click on Compatibility tab
• Select Run this program in compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.

unable to run window store and update

Sorry for the late response. If the above steps did not work, let's try another troubleshooting step. You can try the suggestion by Linley Meslier above and see if it will resolve the issue. If not, try resetting Windows Store cache. Follow the steps below:

• Click on Cortana.
• Type WSreset.exe, then click it.
• The Store app and a command prompt will open without any messages and it will automatically close when the process is done.
• Restart the computer.

After doing the steps, try running Windows Store again and see if you can do an update.

IE is not able to run JAVA

This issue might also occur due to some third party program causing the issue.

I suggest you to run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter which would tell us the reason behind the issue and check.

Follow these steps to run Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.

  Click on search and type troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select View all on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Run Internet Explorer Performance troubleshooter.
  

Also, check if the Java Add-on is enabled for Internet Explorer.

• Press Windows key and the
  X key and click on Run.
• Type inetcpl.cpl and press enter.
• Click on the Programs tab and then select
  Manage add-ons.
• Select the Java add-on and click on
  enable.
