Windows 10: Window 11 add chinese language - The download progress never finish.

Hi is been days that I trying to download the language pack.I have try troubleshooting, close firewalltemporary, even change to a better location of ISP.But it still stuck and 3/4 of the downloading progress.

Hi,

Persistent issue encountered during attempt to download chinese language pack with Windows 11.

had tried all the previous posting solutions, still doesn't seems to be able to resolve the download stuck at its progress.

Is it still persistent Windows Update issue that still cannot be resolved ?

Nope, am residing in Singapore.
But need to download Chinese language Pack for work / Study related.

I was trying to download CHinese Singapore version too, but unable to progress further too.

Thank you for the response and keeping the status updated.

I would suggest you, try removing Chinese language pack and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps.

• 
  Type Language in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Language.
  
• 
  Select the Chinese language and click on
  Move down (if it is on the top).
  
• 
  Click on Remove Option.
