Windows 10: Window 11 after update kb5022303 wreck hyperv and wireguard client

I had updates delayed but got security updates today kb5022303. Hyper-v host computers does not start and the wireguard client does not work - "Unable to create network adapter: Error creating adapter: The device is not ready for use." Rolled back all updates, but this is the last update after uninstall, reappears after reboot, can't be uninstalled or rolled back. This whole situation makes me very sad. Release of updates that spoil the system is a Microsoft tradition?

Windows 11 Update KB5022303 fails to install

Windows 11 on my Intel NUC won't install the 22H2 Cumulative Update (KB5022303). I've tried what others have suggested - the troubleshooter, manually stopping and starting everything, updated BIOS and drivers. It downloads the update but keeps failing during installation, with the error code 0x8007000d and states some files may be missing or have problems. I downloaded the update for manual install, but it fails saying it was not installed and does not give a reason.

Any more suggestions please?

 

Error 0x80070308 on update KB5022303 (Windows 11)

Windows update says installation error 0x80070308 on the KB5022303 update. I've gone through all those steps in "get help" but it won't update at all. I do have storage and good PC specs.

 

Will Windows 11 run in a HyperV virtual machine?

How will Windows 11 be supported in a HyperV Virtual machine with full TPM support hosted on a W11 Client? I mean full support of TPM. Not only Bitlocker but also storing other private keys in TPM.
