Windows 10: Window 11 bootup stucks at loading circle and takes forever to statup.

Whenever I reboot my laptop, it boots relatively fast to the window login screen, but it takes forever at the loading circle about 10+ minutes.After finished loading, a cmd.exe window pops up displaying "System cannot find the file specified. [process exited with code 1]"

Windows loading circles not appearing

I understand that the loading circles is not appearing while the Windows loads but the Windows loads normally.

• Are you facing any issues in Windows after it loads?
• Did this happen after any recent updates installed?
• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?

Black screen with loading circle, doesn't show diagnosing my pc, unable to do anything

Hello, My pc is stuck in black screen with a loading circle, I can't open it no matter how many times i shut down and start again my pc in the second try it say preparing automatic repair but after that it doesn't says diagnosting your pc, it just shows black screen with a loading circle forever, can you please help me or is it something else like a virus that you can't help me?
