Windows 10: Window 11 cumulative Updates Noticeable bug and glitches

I want to ask if this kind of problem will be resolved within the next update or some time, I noticed that after a cumulative update of 23H2 of window 11, Theres minor glitches that appears on random times, It is quick and this hasn't appeared before in my software, Sometimes it shows in facebook or when I open settings where it seems to glitch, 1 day ago I even checked my task manager to see an high usage of cpu and it glitches before multiplying facebook tab and causing it to hang, other than that nothing else seems out of a place, My bios and drivers are updated a few weeks ago but Im conce

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

Bug i noticed

One of the things i noticed as far as bugs go; is it seems like every time there is a windows update for this tech preview; somehow something disables the working sound from my sound blaster sound card. I then have to go into device manager; uninstall it; then rescan for hardware changes and let it reinstall it. Has anyone else had glitches/issues like this?
