Windows 10: Window 11 explorer not staying upen, drop down menus not working correctly

Whenever I try and use the windows explorer, I run into issues keeping thing open. After i click on the volume options on calendar button in the bottom right of my scree, the menus auto close. Same issue happens to a lesser extent with the start menu. further more, the search bar on the desktop is non functional, closing during the opening animation. Some menus deeper in, like the storage managment and display options sections, have drop down menues that either auto close, or get stuck in a loop of opening and closing. I tried updating my graphics driver as well as uninstalling the most recent

Internet Explorer 11 Menu font size

Hi Larry,

Follow these steps to change the font size in IE11:

• Click Start menu or press Windows key on your keyboard.
• Type and click Control Panel.
• Click Appearance and Personalization and under Display, click
  Make text other items larger or smaller.
• Under Change only the text size, choose the Title bars
  in the drop-down menu and the desired font size on the drop-down menu beside it.
