Windows 10: window 11 file locks after reinstall of OS

Discus and support window 11 file locks after reinstall of OS in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I reinstalled my windows 11 OS. Now previously locked files won't open.     I reinstalled my windows 11 OS. Now previously locked files won't open. I was using TPM as well as bitencryption. I have kept same user name also owner. Even kept old PC name. many attempts to gain ownership and attempt to audit. I just need to remove locks that were on files that were not on the same drive as the OS. Please help.

    Hi there I'm using a dell inspiron 3501.

    I always experience BSODs in my windows 11 PC. So now I'm trying to reinstall windows 11. I have backed up all the important files as well...

    But at the moment I am confused whether should I reset my PC by removing all the files or clean install or a fresh start. Can you give me any suggestion and how the method actually works and the steps that I should follow to reinstall windows 11?

    Computer freezes on the lock screen [Windows 11]

    Hi everyone,

    Since upgrading from Windows 10 Professional to Windows 11 Professional, my computer (desktop) has consistently crashed on the lock screen.

    To be more specific, it crashes ONLY when I lock the computer (by using the windows key + L combination) after use. This does not occur when putting the PC to sleep.

    I have re-seated the RAM as a troubleshooting step and have tried using other RAM sticks. I have also tried uninstalling software on the computer that I do not use to no avail.

    Grateful for any suggestions on how to fix this issue without the need to reinstall the OS.
