Windows 10: Window 11- how to move the taskbar to the top

I've been using Windows 11 for months, arranging the taskbar to the top. I updated Windows 11 today, and it turned to the default, and the trick to move the taskbar to the top does not work. Specfically, StuckRects3 does not exist under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ How can I fix it? It'll be annoying if it happens every time I update Windows. This is one of the stupid decisions that MS made for Windows 11. ;

I suggest you to change the Screen Resolution and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type Settings
  
• SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.
• Under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked
  "(Recommended)”.

Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
• If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
  
• If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.

Feature request for Windows 11 Taskbar and Start to mimic Windows 10.

A simple toggle in settings to switch from Windows 11 Taskbar and Start to Windows 10.

• Make customization options options available after selecting Windows 10 "Classic" Taskbar and Start:
  
  • Never Combine Buttons
    
  • Use small taskbar buttons
    
  • Position Taskbar: Left, Right, Top, Bottom
    
  • Drag to resize Taskbar
    
  • Pin
    
  • The full Taskbar slide out menu
    
  • 2-column Start menu
    
  • and so on...
    

Third party software and registry tweaks can restore all of the Windows 10 Taskbar and Start features. It seems that Microsoft, as the "parent" of Windows, should be able to provide the same capability.
