Windows 10: Window 11 Installation Failure - 0xC1900209

Hi - I am attempting to upgrade to Win11, but it continues to fail, with SetupDiag telling me this Error: SetupDiag reports abrupt down-level failure.Last Operation: FinalizeError: 0xC1900209 - 0x4000D LogEntry: 2022-03-04 21:32:58, Error MOUPG CSetupManager::ExecuteInstallMode1065: Result = 0xC1900209 The PC Health Check tells me my PC is windows 11-ready.Possibly significant - When the Installation Assistant says that it needs to restart my PC, it isn't restarted, but the Windows 11 Setup starts immediately.The full sequence is as follows:Start the Installation Assistant

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

"Application Install install package failure!" while installing 13.9

Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and MSI 6970 Lightning.

I was upgrading from 13.4 after I did a clean uninstall with AMD Catalyst Install Manager.

Doesn't say what installation failed in the install log. Everything in the log says Success but at the very bottom it says "Application Install: install package failure!" but doesn't say what failed to install.

I only install video drivers and no CCC.

The only thing I noticed is AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed in my programs list.

 

Update from 1909 to 2004 fail for Error 0xc1900209

Ok some notes:
1 - regarding upgrade to 2204 also with clean boot receive error 0xc1900209
2 - so if is ok i can try with with install In-Place with iso 2004 ?
