For some reason my file isnt deleted After i deleted it on the recycle bin i tried refresh my hard disk it still isnt free up I tried to restart my window and reopen my file explorer and refresh it still does not free up but when i open the hard disk storage settings i found the file in the temporary file it has the same gb as my file that i deleted but when i click on the temporary file it doenst appear or showing file like the temporary file in the local disk maybe it a bugs Microsoft Please fix it!

Missing desktop icons and recycle bin

No problems on the current Windows 10 on three computers I have running dual screens. Desktop Icons only appear on the primary screen.

All icons including the Recycle Bin not showing. The Recycle Bin could be the cause.

There was a bug / glitch during the Insider Preview builds that would flash up a message saying the Recycle Bin was corrupted or missing.

It seems that the Recycle Bin attempts to build a list of recycled files on all the drives on the computer. If the recycled files id is out of sync, that caused the bin to fail.

Suggest:

Copy some files; then delete them; then reboot and see if the Recycle Bin appears.

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Winndows 10 delete multiple files or folders do not show in recycle bin

  Have you enabled the option “Don’t move files to Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted” under the Recycle Bin properties?

This happens when you permanently delete a file from your computer without sending it to the Recycle Bin by clicking the file and then pressing
Shift + Delete keys on the keyboard.

Try the steps and check whether this issue is happening with all folders in computer or particular folders to isolate the issue.

  Open the Desktop, right click on the empty area and click on
  New and then click on Folder.

  Now, new folder might have been created on your desktop.

  Right click on your New folder (which you have created) and click on
  Delete.

  Now, open the Recycle bin and check if you are able to see the folder which you have deleted.
  

You may disable the steps if you have enabled the option “Don’t move files to Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted” in Recycle bin folder.
