Windows 10: Window 11 is excruciatingly slow on a brand new laptop.

So, I have a new laptop, its only weeks old, and out of the box it runs perfectly but, windows has become unuasable in the last 2 weeks.Boot times are slower by almost a minuite, I cant log in most times, and after putting my laptop on sleep it crashes in the lock screen, forcing me to restart by holding the power button down as no other method will work. Any windows app that requires a connection to microsofts services to work is appalingly slow, taking minutes to load. These include, outlook, edge, store, among others.Please dont just reply with, "maybe its the background apps" I am running

window 10 is very very slow on my brand new HP pavilion laptop.

My brand new HP pavilion laptop that i bought recently is extrmely slow from the beginning...... please help me and suggest me a solution for this. i will be very thankful to Microsoft. Should i degrade the window to 8.1 or what? it is very slow at startup
and when i open anything like chrome or anything in my pc it starts lagging all the time....please help me ASAP.

 

Brand New Laptop Very Slow

Hi

(I am waiting for a new fan for my old laptop, but it's possible that has died completely). In the meantime I am using the new laptop I actually bought just for my creative stuff. And already, despite it being almost brand new (and I deleted what bloatware I could), it is very slow. Nearly everything I click online shows the in progress rotating circle for ages.


The laptop is also only using just over half of the 8GB RAM according to this screenshot below. So really, it's not much better than my old laptop was before it died.






How do I make sure it uses all the RAM possible please?

And what else can I do to optimise the system please?

This is possibly solved ...Fingers crossed!

It turns out there was an issue with my Wifi adaptor settings. I let windows magically fix it, and now my laptop is fast and the connection hasn't dropped since. (That was happening regularly).

I saw Wifi adaptor settings mentioned in another thread where someone had connection issues. And it worked for me too. But I can't find that thread now. It might have been deleted.

But thank you whoever suggested that!

 

brand new laptop running slow

I have a brand new less than twenty four hours old hp laptop which came with windows ten and it is running slow I cant even effectively be on the internet or use any apps it is not my internet connection because I have tried several of my friends and families
and same thing> the mouse acts funny as well> what do I do?
