Windows 10: Window 11 will not successful boot

I've been getting multiple blue screen error codes while running window. Now I am unable to successfully load windows. Windows startup recovery fails. Trying to boot it into safe mode Fails with a blue screen every time. Windows reset fails. It's hard to tell if it's a windows problem or a hardware failure. These are some of the error codes am getting: system thread exception not handled, critical process died, kernel security check failure, page fault in nonpaged area, 0xc000021a, and system service exception. Currently the only thing I can really use right now is the command prompt in window

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
